This chocolate chip cookie recipe has been in my family for years. It bakes up nice and thick with a soft chewy center and a bit of crunch on the outside. I tend to under bake them just a touch because I love that gooey center, but feel free to bake a few minutes longer if you prefer more crunch requiring a dip in your favorite coffee or a big glass of milk.
